Do I Qualify
Listed below are six quick factors to determine if you will qualify to live at Lawn Village.
- Applicant must demonstrate verifiable monthly income and pass the Applicant Income Test.
- Applicant must have an acceptable credit report. With a score of 650 or higher.
APPLICANT INCOME TEST: Your verifiable monthly income must be at least three (3) times greater than your rent at Lawn Village. Example. Your monthly rent for your new home at Lawn Village is $600.00. Your net monthly income (after taxes) must be $1,800.00 or more.
Individual monthly (NET INCOME) must be at least 3x the monthly rent.

- If two people are applying to be on the lease, then their verifiable monthly income must be at least 4x the monthly rent. Unless they are legally married. If three people are applying, then their verifiable income must be 6x the monthly rent.
- Applicant must not have been evicted or received an unfavorable report from a previous landlord during the past seven (7) years.
- Applicant must not be convicted of any felony which is a crime of violence or any crime pertaining to drugs, theft, or sex.
- Applicant must not have any bankruptcies on their record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Applicant must not have a pet that is prohibited under our lease and renter’s insurance for any waterbed
