You can login here to the Residents Portal to submit rental payments, submit work orders, sign lease agreements and send us an inquiry.
Do I Qualify
- Applicant must demonstrate verifiable monthly income and pass the Applicant Income Test.
- Applicant must have an acceptable credit report. With a score of 650 or higher.
Your verifiable monthly income must be at least three (3) times greater than your rent at Lawn Village. Example. Your monthly rent for your new home at Lawn Village is $600.00. Your net monthly income (after taxes) must be $1,800.00 or more.
Individual monthly (NET INCOME) must be at least 3x the monthly rent.
- If two people are applying to be on the lease, then their verifiable monthly income must be at least 4x the monthly rent. Unless they are legally married. If three people are applying, then their verifiable income must be 6x the monthly rent.
- Applicant must not have been evicted or received an unfavorable report from a previous landlord during the past seven (7) years.
- Applicant must not be convicted of any felony which is a crime of violence or any crime pertaining to drugs, theft, or sex.
- Applicant must not have any bankruptcies on their record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Applicant must not have a pet that is prohibited under our lease and renter’s insurance for any waterbed

Pet Friendly
We’re a pet-friendly community! Bring your furry friends—up to 2 pets allowed in select floor plans (over 700 sq. ft.), with a $200 one-time fee for 1 pet or $300 for 2, plus $50 monthly pet rent per pet.

Always a leader on the cutting edge, Lawn Village offers our residents the latest in technology, by partnering with some of the best providers in their industries. Currently, Lawn Village offers digital cable and high-speed data with a wide array of choices. We are currently phasing out all dish providers due to the eye sore that satellite dishes cause.
